EPs foam coating with spray on polyurea

Polyurea coatings is a relatively new class of industrial coating,
usually applied by spray using specialised equipment and
characterised by extremely fast drying and high performance

Polyurea spray system is relatively expensive, and we chose
to have our parts sprayed by a professional then to purchase
the system and spray it ourselves
Material is dry to touch in less then one min and is fully
curred in 24 hours. Polyurea can be sprayed to almost any
thickness - usually on foam - 3/8" are enough to provide
a strong hard finish
Polyurea can be used to create concrete molds to replace
labor intensive fiberglass molds
First step is to set an area where over-spray will not effect
any of your other equipment - once cured - there is almost
no way to remove the polyurea from any surface.
The next step is to clean the foam from dust and small
particles - and start spraying in thin layers - each layer
should be about 1/8"

At this point we can pour the concrete and once dry
can pop the part out and reuse as a mold again and again
